Job Description
- Maintain a professional security presence at entrances, exits, sales floors, loading bays, and other assigned areas. - Monitor **CCTV/surveillance systems** and conduct regular patrols to detect, deter, and report suspicious activity. - Control access to restricted areas and support crowd management during peak hours, promotions, and special events. - Respond to incidents including theft, trespassing, disturbances, and safety hazards in line with site procedures and legal requirements. - Provide **emergency response** support, including evacuation assistance, initial incident containment, and coordination with supervisors and local authorities when required. - Administer basic **First Aid** within the scope of training and immediately escalate medical incidents to appropriate emergency services. - Complete accurate daily logs, incident reports, and handover notes; maintain clear documentation for audit and investigation purposes. - Enforce site safety and security policies, including loss prevention procedures and compliance with internal controls. - Deliver professional customer service when engaging with customers and staff, using calm, respectful, and clear communication. - Support routine checks of alarms, locks, emergency exits, fire equipment, and safety signage; report defects promptly.
