1. Job Overview ALMEERA BEAUTY SALON is seeking skilled Nail Technicians to join a reputable beauty and spa environment in Qatar. This full-time, mid-level role is ideal for professionals who consistently deliver high-quality nail services while maintaining exceptional hygiene standards and client care. The Nail Technician will provide a range of manicure, pedicure, nail enhancement, and nail art services, while supporting retail recommendations and contributing to an elevated salon experience. The role requires strong technical capability, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a client-focused setting. 2. Key Responsibilities - Deliver professional manicure and pedicure services, including cuticle care, exfoliation, massage, and finishing techniques - Apply and maintain nail enhancements such as gel, acrylic, overlays, extensions, and repairs (as applicable to skill set) - Perform gel polish application, removal, and aftercare guidance using safe, non-damaging techniques - Create and execute nail art designs in line with client preferences and salon standards - Conduct client consultations to assess nail condition, recommend suitable services, and provide clear aftercare instructions - Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures for tools, workstations, and pedicure units in compliance with health and safety standards - Upsell and recommend salon products and services in a professional and service-oriented manner - Manage appointment timing effectively to ensure smooth service flow and high client satisfaction - Keep accurate records where required (service notes, product usage, and client preferences) - Support overall salon operations, including maintaining inventory awareness, cleanliness, and professional presentation of the nail area 3. Requirements - Proven experience as a Nail Technician in a professional salon environment - Experience expectations: - **Gulf-experienced candidates:** minimum **3 years** experience - **Non-Gulf experienced candidates:** minimum **4 years** experience - Strong skills in manicure, pedicure, gel polish, nail shaping, and safe removal techniques - Competency in nail enhancements (gel/acrylic/extensions) and nail art is strongly preferred - Demonstrated knowledge of hygiene, sterilization, and safe handling of tools and products - Client-service excellence with strong communication and consultation skills - Ability to work full-time and collaborate effectively within a team - Professional conduct, reliability, and attention to detail - Relevant certification or training in nail technology is preferred (or equivalent practical experience) 4.
