Job Description
- Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, linen changes, replenishing amenities). - Ensure rooms are prepared on time for check-in/check-out and meet required quality benchmarks. - Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas, corridors, and service areas as directed. - Operate housekeeping equipment safely and correctly; report equipment issues promptly. - Follow established procedures for handling guest belongings and lost-and-found items. - Use cleaning chemicals responsibly, adhering to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions. - Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain an orderly housekeeping trolley/store area. - Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or suspicious activity to supervisors in a timely manner. - Follow hygiene, sanitation, and workplace conduct policies to support a professional guest experience. - Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to meet operational requirements and daily priorities.
