Job Description
- Assist site supervisors and skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, masons, steel fixers, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks as assigned. - Load, unload, move, and stage construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently. - Prepare work areas by setting up barricades, signage, and basic site protection measures as required. - Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, mixing materials, and basic demolition under supervision. - Operate and handle basic hand tools and power tools (where authorized and trained) in accordance with safety procedures. - Support housekeeping and site cleanliness, including removal of debris and waste to designated disposal areas. - Follow **site safety rules**, wear required PPE, and report hazards, incidents, or near-misses immediately. - Assist with basic measurements, material counting, and inventory support when requested. - Work collaboratively with the site team to meet daily productivity and quality targets. - Comply with company policies, site instructions, and standard working hours as scheduled.
