Job Description
- Safely operate a light vehicle to complete assigned trips in accordance with Qatar traffic laws and company policies - Support salon operations through timely pick-up and drop-off of items, documents, supplies, and other business requirements - Coordinate daily routes and schedules to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries/collections - Conduct basic vehicle checks (fuel level, tires, lights, cleanliness) and report maintenance needs promptly - Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery notes, and any required documentation - Assist with loading/unloading of items where appropriate, ensuring items are handled carefully and securely - Communicate professionally with salon management, suppliers, and relevant contacts to confirm timings and requirements - Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, presentable, and ready for business use at all times - Follow company standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service when representing the salon externally
