Job Description
- Operate basic production machinery and tools according to SOPs and supervisor instructions - Perform assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks to meet daily production targets - Conduct routine quality inspections (visual and measurement-based) and report nonconformities - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation in line with 5S and factory standards - Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling procedures - Record production output, defects, downtime, and other required documentation accurately - Support preventive maintenance activities such as basic cleaning, checks, and reporting machine issues promptly - Work collaboratively with team members and line leaders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery - Comply with company policies, Malaysia labour requirements, and internal audit/quality standards
