Frontline Recruitment is a DOFE-licensed recruitment agency operating under the laws of Nepal. We strictly adhere to government regulations regarding foreign employment services.
- By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our recruitment services
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in all applications
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
- We act as an intermediary between job seekers and employers
- We do not guarantee job placement or visa approval
- All job offers are subject to employer requirements and immigration laws
- We provide assistance with documentation, training, and pre-departure orientation
- Service fees are clearly communicated before any engagement
- All documents submitted must be genuine and legally obtained
- Falsification of documents will result in immediate disqualification
- You must have valid travel documents (passport) with sufficient validity
- Medical examinations and certifications may be required
- Background verification may be conducted as part of the process
- All fees are disclosed upfront before service commencement
- We comply with government regulations on recruitment fees
- Payment receipts will be provided for all transactions
- Refund policies vary based on service stage and circumstances
- We do not charge fees beyond government-mandated limits
- We are not liable for employer decisions or actions after placement
- Immigration decisions are made by respective government authorities
- We do not guarantee specific salary or working conditions
- Force majeure events may affect service delivery timelines
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services
- Attend all required training and orientation sessions
- Complete medical examinations as required
- Provide accurate contact information and maintain communication
- Comply with destination country laws and regulations
- Report any issues or concerns promptly to our team
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Nepal. For employment-related disputes in destination countries, local labor laws shall apply.
