1. Job Overview ALMEERA BEAUTY SALON in Qatar is seeking **two (2) mid-level Hair Stylists** to deliver high-quality hair services aligned with premium salon standards. This full-time role suits professionals who combine technical excellence with a polished, client-focused approach and a strong commitment to hygiene and service consistency. The Hair Stylist will be responsible for consultations, cutting, styling, and recommending appropriate hair care solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to an elevated client experience while supporting the salon’s reputation for craftsmanship, professionalism, and reliable service delivery. 2. Key Responsibilities -Conduct professional client consultations to assess hair condition, preferences, and desired outcomes - Perform precision hair cutting services (e.g., trims, layered cuts, shape-ups) based on client needs and face/hair characteristics - Deliver styling and finishing services (e.g., blow-dry, ironing, curling) to salon quality standards - Recommend suitable hair care routines and retail products to support hair health and maintain results - Maintain strict sanitation, tool disinfection, and workstation cleanliness in accordance with salon policy and local health requirements - Manage appointments efficiently, including service timing, preparation, and accurate client records where applicable - Address client questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues appropriately to maintain service excellence - Support team operations by cooperating with colleagues and maintaining a respectful, service-oriented workplace culture 3. Requirements - Experience Level: Mid-level professional experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment - Minimum Experience: - Gulf-experienced:** at least 3 years of relevant experience - Non-Gulf experienced: at least 4 years of relevant experience - Core Skill Requirement: Strong competency in hair cutting (mandatory) - Proven ability to communicate professionally with clients, including consultation and service recommendations - Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, safe tool handling, and salon best practices - Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced salon setting - Willingness to work standard working hours in Qatar, as scheduled by the salon 4.Benefits & Compensation - Employment Type: Full-time - Salary Range: QR 1,400–1,700** (based on experience and profile) - Compensation Structure (as provided): - Gulf-experienced:** Basic QR 1,700** + Food QR300 +5% commission** (minimum 3 years experience) - Non-Gulf experienced: Basic QR 1,400 + Food QR 300 +3% commission (minimum 4 years experience) - Accommodation provided - Meals/food allowance provided - Transportation provided - Medical insurance provided - Work visa provided - Required benefits and employment terms **as per Qatar local labor law 5.
