Job Description
- Monitor premises through routine patrols and surveillance systems to identify irregular activity and safety risks. - Control access to restricted areas and support orderly entry/exit procedures in accordance with site policies. - Respond to alarms, disturbances, and incidents promptly; assess situations and take appropriate action within scope of duty. - Provide initial emergency response support, including basic first aid, until professional medical assistance arrives. - Enforce loss-prevention and safety protocols while maintaining respectful, professional interactions with customers and staff. - Report and document incidents, observations, and actions taken using clear, accurate, and timely written records. - Coordinate with store leadership and, when necessary, local authorities or emergency services to manage escalations. - Conduct checks of doors, emergency exits, and critical areas to ensure compliance with safety and security standards. - Support crowd management during peak hours, promotional events, or emergencies to maintain safe movement and order. - Participate in briefings, safety drills, and ongoing training to remain current with procedures and best practices.
