Job Description
- Support daily agricultural operations including planting, weeding, watering/irrigation, fertilizing, and general crop care - Assist with harvesting, sorting, grading, and packing of produce in line with quality standards for retail supply - Conduct basic inspection of crops and report abnormalities (e.g., pests, damage, or disease indicators) to supervisors - Operate and handle basic tools and farm equipment safely, following training and SOPs - Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, storage zones, and packing stations to meet hygiene requirements - Perform routine tasks related to farm upkeep, including cleaning tools, minor repairs, and site preparation - Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental guidelines; use required protective equipment as instructed - Accurately follow supervisor instructions and participate in team-based workflows to meet daily production targets - Support inventory handling for farm supplies (e.g., seeds, packaging materials, fertilizers) as assigned - Comply with company policies, attendance standards, and reporting procedures
